Some items are made to order so please allow 10-14 business days from order date for the item to be shipped.
After you have added an item to your cart, you will be able to view your cart prior to checkout. Here, you may review all items in your cart, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page. Once you have reviewed the items in your cart, you may either continue shopping or proceed to checkout and place your order.
All prices are listed in Standard US Dollars (USD). We accept Visa , MasterCard credit card and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
Applicable sales tax 9% will be added to all purchases shipping to California.

In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. This may require us to contact your directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns must be pre-approved by G & S by garcio and received within fourteen (14) business days of authorization of the return. Please email the Customer Service Departmentand speak with the Returns Agent for more information. A Return Authorization is required for all returns. REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED. G & S by garcio must receive a returned product before a store credit will be issued. There is a processing fee on returned products. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned products unless shipping costs are waived when the Return Authorization is approved.

We are making the item based on your order and may not be returned for a refund, store credit or exchanged. For all other items, refunds will only be issued if a product arrives damaged.
